" WHERE SPORTS AND EDUCATION GO HAND IN HAND "

 

We are a tax exempt Non-profit 501(c)(3) Organization which strives to provide Education /Health guidance and resources for disadvantaged members of our Community, we are a ‘hands on’ organization that gets down in the trenches with the youth groups we support.

At all of our events we in addition to running ‘free of charge’ camps & clinics and events, we provide free health screening and testing during the event, and ‘at home’ exercise clinic and brochures for those who are lacking support and/or direction & resources. We accomplish this by providing FREE Basketball or Football/Exercise/Talent Camps & Clinics as attractants run by pro Athletes/Entertainers & Community Leaders,  we have had a huge Impact with our Adventure Day which sends over 1000 youths to various pro-sports games each year and our First Strike Free Medical & Exercise clinics for At-Risk Seniors and Youths.

We promote daily exercise and study activities at our events. Athletes, Entertainers, Civic Leaders and Professional speakers are present to serve as positive role models, counselors, and mentors to the children attending the events. We hope to motivate and inspire kids to achieve higher goals (i.e. college) as well to avoid pitfalls such as drugs, crime, apathy, PlayStation/Nintendo and the couch.

Family First Foundation creates a unique educational opportunity to provide inner-city, under privileged children, seniors, battered women/children considered “At Risk” with direction, information and opportunity by utilizing Pro-Sports and Entertainment Role models and Events as powerful media & youth attractants. We are able to bring media spotlights to neglected corners of our community more than other organizations. By educating today’s “At Risk” at our Trademark Pro-Training Camps/Clinics and After School Program, we are able to provide quality programs and support tools while creating uplifting memories that can last a lifetime and provide a direction for “At Risk” community members.
