TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF TURNING OVERLOOKED POTENTIAL INTO OPPORTUNITY

For over 25 years, Family First Foundation has helped at-risk and overlooked students across Los Angeles become academic all-stars, students with one goal in mind: “I am going to college.” We build structured pathways in partnership with schools, families, and civic leaders, because access alone isn't enough. Students need guidance to actually walk through the doors we open.

Our programs concentrate on middle school, the years when habits, character, and college-focused thinking are still being set. We don't turn younger or older students away, but we've learned it's easier to build the right habits early than to correct the wrong ones later.

Every program we build follows the same intention: real exposure to what's possible, real follow-through that builds skill, and real guardrails that build character.

Today, that same mission extends into one of the most important frontiers a student will face: learning to use artificial intelligence wisely. Access to powerful technology means little without the judgment to use it responsibly, which is exactly why we helped found the Artificial Intelligence Institute.
