What It Costs to Keep a Generation Thinking

Every meaningful commitment eventually gets reduced to a number. Here is ours.

That is the full cost of giving every K-12 student in America access to AI Driver's Education, the five-class, five-hour behavioral framework Family First Foundation and the Artificial Intelligence Institute have already built and tested across two years of real classroom deployment.

Less than the cost of a pencil, spent every year for a decade, to protect something far more valuable than a pencil ever could: a child's ability to think for themselves in a world that will keep offering not to.

That's the whole of it. We have a dream: every K-12 student in America gets this training, free, for as long as it takes to matter.

This is bigger than one foundation and one institute. We know that. We're building it anyway, and we're hoping others feel the same pull we do, researchers who want to study what's working, technologists who want to help it travel further, and people who've spent their lives building things that last and recognize another one when they see it.

That is the Fourth-Grade Village Promise. A dream first. Everything else, we're figuring out as we go.
